Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using this website , you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this websites particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.

Payment: The client agrees to pay half of the price agreed during negotiation upon completion of 50% of the project. The client agrees to pay the final 50% of the agreed upon price after the completion of the project.

Copyright: I will always retain the right to display a completed map in my portflio, whether online or offline. I also retain copyright of any product until its completion. If, in pre-production negotiations, I have agreed to sell the copyright to the client, it will transfer at the completion of the project. All images on the website are copyright of Zach Bodenner or clients, and may not be used by any third parties.

Accuracy of Information: This site will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and will not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

Originality: I affirm that my maps are original and therefore own the rights granted under this agreement, and that the rights granted do not conflict any other agreement.

Completion Date: Great White North agrees to complete website projects within a timeframe agreed upon with the client, unless impeded by one of the delays mentioned below.

Delays: Illness, injury, or other events beyond my control, such as: fire, theft, computer failure, and Acts of God may result in a delay of unpredictable length.

Termination: The client retains the right to terminate the agreement at any time. If the client terminates the agreement, Great White North Cartography will not be responsible for returning and portion of the agreed upon project price. If the client terminates the agreement, Great White North retains the right to complete the map and sell it to another party in the future.

Performance Liability: Great White North Cartography does not warrant that the functions supplied by map products or cartographic consulting, will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the client. In no event will Great White North be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the reproduction of, or appearance of the product, even if Great White North has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
